Geopathology is a science that deals with the study of pathologic (sickening, harmful) energies emitted from the earth that interfere with the healthy functioning of cell metabolism in our body. Geopathic Stress mainly occurs from natural sources, but can be caused, as well, by man-made electro-magnetic devices and applications such as cell phones, computers, power lines, etc. European Science has researched this topic for nearly a century and provides important insights about the significance on longterm and chronic health challenges. Whether through earth energies running beneath (or sometimes through or over your home/office) or human manifested problems e.g. the so-called ‘Sick Building Syndrome’, your home or office can easily trap noxious energies hitting you when you are at your most stressed.

What is Geopathic Stress?
Geopathic stress has been found to be the common factor in many serious and minor illnesses and psychological conditions, especially those conditions in which the immune system is severely compromised. The major risk factor is an increased possibility of cancer. While geopathic stress does not directly cause cancer, it weakens the body and makes it much more likely to acquire cancer. Furthermore, geopathic stress lines have also been linked to cardiovascular deficiency, attention deficit disorder, immune deficiency disorders and chronic fatigue.
Studies have shown that over 85% of patients who have cancer have experienced regular exposure to geopathic stress.
What are Ley Lines?
Ley lines are straight fault lines in the earth’s tectonic plates that align with places of geographical interest. They include ancient monuments and megaliths, natural ridge-tops and water-fords. Ley lines are also described as lines or geometric alignments that move across landscapes to connect man-made, prehistoric and natural structures. Most of these structures are sacred in nature. These lines are also referred to as dream, spirit or energy paths.
Symptoms of having spirits / negative energies attached to your property
You feel afraid to be alone on your property, especially at night. In certain places you feel as if someone unseen is watching you. You hear footsteps when alone on your property. Certain spots always feel cold regardless of how much you try to heat that place. You or your children see ghosts or monsters, especially when trying to sleep at night. You awake at night to find an unknown presence sitting on your bed, you can feel the weight of the person but can’t see anyone or maybe you can see a shadowy figure. Your family have been unwell, irritable or just plain bad tempered ever since you moved in. You hate going home, because the place just doesn’t feel all right. Friends don’t like staying with you as they declare that your place is spooky or that they always have nightmares when staying with you. When at home you always feel exhausted and there is no rational explanation for this. Other people feel exhausted when on your property. The assessments are first checked on floor plans, then comes the healing and harmonisation. Most require on-site corrections and then followed by another check on the floor plan. Space harmonisation sessions take at least 2 week to assess and complete, with some cases taking up to a month or more. A follow up check is done about a month after the floor plan assessment.

What is Feng Shui?
Feng shui is an ancient art and science developed over 3,000 years ago in China. It is a complex body of knowledge that reveals how to balance the energies of any given space to assure health and good fortune for people inhabiting it.
Feng means wind and shui means water. In Chinese culture wind and water are associated with good health, thus good feng shui came to mean good fortune, while bad feng shui means bad luck, or misfortune.
Feng shui is based on the Taoist vision and understanding of nature, particularly on the idea that the land is alive and filled with Chi, or energy. I do a particular form of Intuitive Feng Shui in that I feel upon on the energetics of the home and try to work on the harmonics of the space in accordance to Universal Dynamics.

I usually need to come out to your property and assess what is required. (Please note : Travel expenses not included). Though some sessions can done remotely, most require a follow up on site. Sessions begin with an email or a phone call to discuss the situation. While many in Asia regard Feng Shui as the only solution to their needs, Space Harmonisation addresses the issues facing us today, like EMF, Electrical and Magnetic Sensitivity, Noise and Environmental Sensitivity. A Space Harmonisation looks into where the building sits and the problems it encounters. It may be from negative Ley Lines, Toxic Lines, Geopathic Stress and EMF.
The session requires spiritual & energy connection with the home, office or land. An understanding to where your property or building site lies and what energy patterns surround over and underneath it. The task tends to be rather laborious so you might like to start with a remote Energetic Rescue session of your property followed by a Space Harmonisation session. Contact me for details.

What a plan looks like after an assessment has been made
Home healing sessions take approximately 3 hours or more for assessment, attunement, healing, and harmonising – using a combination of Home Energy Balancing, Biogeometry™, BLU-e™ Frequency Balancing and Intuitive Feng Shui principles. The times may vary according to the size and complexity and location of your individual property. You will receive a printed report (upon request) explaining the energy imbalances and what has been done to harmonise it.
As only one space at any time can be worked on , there is frequently a waiting period before your home/office can be worked on. Urgent cases may be done upon request but there is an expedited fee for this service.
The fees are like all of us, individual. It really does depend on how long the work takes me.

HOMES
For homes, single storey/floor or apartment up to 1500 sq feet.
– US$ 1500 for an initial minimum of 4 hours work (which would include the initial floor plan assessments). Additional hours will be charged at US$ 250/hour.
For homes, more than one storey/floor or apartment in excess of 1500 sq feet including surrounding land up to 3000 sq ft
–US$ 2500 for an initial minimum of 4 hours work (which would include the initial floor plan/land area assessments). Additional hours will be charged at US$ 350/hour.
BUSINESSES
For businesses up to 1500 sq ft
US$ 1800 for an initial minimum of 4 hours work (which would include the initial floor plan assessments). Additional hours will be charged at US$ 420/hour.
For businesses exceeding 1500 sq ft but up to 3000 sq ft
US$ 2800 for an initial minimum of 4 hours work (which could include initial floor plan assessments). Additional hours will be charged at US$ 550/hour.
For businesses exceeding 3000 sq ft or land areas requiring clearing and harmonising
US$ 4800 per day based on a 2 day minimum. Additional days will be charged accordingly after initial assessment has been conducted.
Travel expenses vary according to location and energy balancing tools such as energy balancing kits are not included in the above price and are charged accordingly.
An initial deposit of 50% must be paid in advance prior to any work to be presented. There will be a 50% cancellation fee should you cancel within 72 hours of our scheduled appointment. Full payment is due on the day the work is to be done.
